Background: X-ray equipment used for radiographic examination according to Bapeten regulations must undergo a compliance test, both new installation and relocating. The Panoramic Chepalometry in the Department of Radiodiagnostics Radiotherapy Techniques Semarang is device has undergone relocation from initial installation.  Results: Parameter obtained: beam still within normal limits, accuracy measurement obtained maximum error 2.73% (max. limit 6%), 7.8% 10 %), linearity not because mA value fixed, reproducibility CV 0.0012 radiation output 0.0006 (CV≤ 0.05), quality (HVL) 3.72 mm Al 80 kVp (HVL ≥ 2.3 Al), no leakage housing
